Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please read the following carefully:

Conditions for Return:

Items must be returned in a saleable condition – unworn, with no marks or wear on the soles, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.

We recommend trying boots or shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any sole damage.

We are unable to accept returns where there is visible wear to the soles or damage to the packaging.

How to Return:

Include a note inside the package with your:

Order number

Full name and address

Details of your request (refund or exchange)

For exchanges, please also provide the delivery address for the replacement.

Refunds & Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send your exchange, depending on your request.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you via email or phone.

Please note: Any duties or fees incurred upon returning goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
